Customer Success & Logistics Agent (m/f/d)

Your mission

As a Customer Success & Logistics Agent (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the organization of our logistics processes with our external logistics providers. Besides the setup of new processes, procedures and maintenance of existing standardized procedures, you will also handle logistics issues and closely work with our customers and our logistics providers to solve them. The organization of building, kitting and sending of our standardized patient sample boxes / test kits is another area of your responsibility.
In this fast paced role, you will make a significant contribution to our journey to change the world of infectious disease diagnostics and improve critically ill patient outcomes.

• Identify, negotiate, establish, improve and maintain logistics solutions

• Handle logistics issues of hospitals and customers and proactively envision future solutions

• Organize, improve and execute the kitting of patient sample boxes

• Cooperate cross functionally with Customer, Customer Success, Sales, IT and Medical Outcome Teams

Your profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a successfully completed degree in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field

• Proven experience as logistics agent or coordinator or relevant experience

• Experience in customer service 

• Knowledge of EU laws, regulations and ISO requirements is a plus

• Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

• Open to learning and growing oneself and career

• Energetic and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Fluent German and proficient English language skills
